Satbir founded SPACE DYNAMICS in 2008 after five years as Business Head, Exhibitions at The Times of India Group. There he created the Times Property Showcase and the Times Franchise Expo, and led Corporate Realty Review, the Economic Times' weekly feature on commercial real estate.
He holds a PGDM in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and advises individual and institutional investors on commercial real estate across Pune and Mumbai.
Simranjeet brings the fit-out side of commercial real estate. As co-founder of FITOUT DYNAMICS since 2019, he delivers interior fit-out and turnkey projects for commercial spaces. That means an office or showroom bought through SPACE DYNAMICS can be made ready to occupy, or ready to lease, without the client finding another contractor.
He holds a postgraduate degree from Sri Balaji University, Pune, and a BCom from Symbiosis International University.
